All-Star Team Balloting

The Major League Baseball All-Star Game was held earlier this week. Of course, none of us were eligible to be picked to participate in that game, but I wonder how many us would qualify to be selected to the professional real estate sales all-star team.

Obviously there is no such team, but if there were, would we be recognized by our peers and the general public as experts in our field, as knowledgeable, as great listeners, as superb communicators, as top-notch closers, as “go-to” people, as the ones who can get things done?

Perhaps the top closing ratio, highest dollar volume of sales, most improved in the past 12 months, best blogger, top referral getter, most converted FSBOs into listings, or other such accomplishments.

We all can be stars at some aspect of our business.
