Time To Get Real

Life isn't always fair, and sometimes we see that played out in our business.

In the economic events of the past several months, our businesses may have suffered from a shrinking clientele, market area, and funding sources. It's during times such as these that we need to examine our business models and strategies and make the necessary changes to allow us to continue to be in business and move forward with the ability to thrive.

In my podcast message today, "TIME TO GET REAL," I take the word "real" and divide it into "re" and "al(l)" - meaning that all of us should incorporate some "re" thinking in our businesses. I challenge all of us to rethink, redo, retool, reinvent, resurge, rebrand, rejuvenate, and use many other positive, proactive steps to remain in business and come out successful on the other end.
