Being aware or mindful of what is going on around us is key to being in control of our situation and ready to take advantage of any opportunity that may present itself.
This is not casual or accidental. We must take an active, intentional role to be mindful and aware of what is going on around. We have to ready to act.
Whether it's making a presentation, generating leads, meeting customers for the first time, attending a seminar, or anything else where there is an opportunity to learn, participate, or grow, we must approach it with a good attitude and take an active role in learning about that environment.
