Rapport, or relationship, building is a very important part of the real estate sales process. However, it is not a singular part that is accomplished and then something else is done. It is a continuous effort.
Because sales are based on relationships, the focus is well-placed on creating, developing, nurturing, and sustaining those relationships.
This is where sales come from, where positive WOM has its beginning, and where referrals materialize.
