Looking Ahead

August is winding down, and the fall months are upon us. Along with that are many of the celebrations and festivals that we look forward to throughout the year. So do our customers.

This is why it's important to step back and look at our schedules, work load, and what we have committed to do. This gives us perspective and helps us keep our focus. It also allows us to identify additional opportunities that we might want to pursue or utilize.

With this periodic survey of the landscape, we can be prepared to respond effectively to what our customers need. We also can be prepared to address reasons that they feel they need to wait until an event has occurred before acting.

In my podcast message today, "LOOKING AHEAD," I talk about utilizing our vision to be aware of what is approaching on the calendar so that we can be ready to respond effectively and to be prepared.
