Empowerment

Some people feel that they could do more if they were empowered - as if they are waiting on someone else to inspire them or give them permission to be successful.

However, we take empowerment, it is not given. Once adopted, we use empowerment to affect outcomes and make a difference.

We should aspire to and grasp power for the right purposes and use it to run our businesses and sales operations effectively. Empowerment is something we decide for ourselves. It not presented to us.

In my podcast message today, "EMPOWERMENT," I encourage people to step out and put of the mantle of leadership that empowerment provides.
