As we get ready to leave the starting line and sprint into 2010, we have been getting the final instructions from the race officials. We've already heard "take your mark" and "get ready."
Now, we hear "get set" or "set" as the third command given by an official starter.
At this point we should have our first few steps already planned and be careful that we don't get tripped up at the start or knocked down by the competition.
