In my podcast message today, "MEASURING UP," I continued the look back over 2009 - this time from a purely sales standpoint.
In my previous message, we looked at business issues. This time, we look at the number of presentations made, presentations made to qualified people, cancellations, conversions, and income.
We need to review and evaluate our sales performance was in 2009 to determine how we measured up to what we had wanted or what was required or expected of us.
With the knowledge of how we did in 2009 compared to where we wanted to be, we can set our expectations for 2010.
