Regardless of what type of business we are in or what product or service we might sell, we all have a partner - the one we meet in the mirror.
We have to make certain that we are sold on what we do and that we can convince our partner that we are excited and enthusiastic about what we do.
Our partner should be able to see that we believe in what we do.
We should be able to stand proudly and confidently in front of our partner throughout the day and not be concerned about trying to hide or withhold anything from him or her.
This is called integrity. Some also might call it character.
