Inches

With the Winter Olympics competitions being so closely contested - where thousands of a second or fractions of an inch can mean the difference between a podium finish or disappointment - we can see how often the winning edge is just the tiniest of margins.

In sales we need to be similarly prepared to take advantage of any opportunity in a sales presentation that presents itself to us – no matter how small or noticeable. We don't deal in such precise measurements, but we often succeed by being aware of an opportunity and not missing or overlooking it.
