Discovering Our World

We need to understand and be aware of our marketplace and our clientele - regardless of what product or service we sell. We use our powers of observation to receive visual clues, and we ask questions to hear directly from people.

By observing what is going on around us, we can remain current and prepare to respond to changes in our marketplace. Asking questions and actively listening focuses on hearing what people are saying and adding meaning to that.

In fact, any of my books on the discovery process will help you - "Operation Discovery" for new home salespeople and builders, "Building The Sale" for Realtors, and "Power Of Discovery" for other types of sales.
