Being Consistent

Building a consistent image is so important to winning and retaining business.

We need to maintain an even approach with our customers and sales leads so that we present essentially the same image and message to everyone we encounter.

It's important that we present a consistent story, message, and demeanor so that people know what to expect from us. We aren’t one thing this week and another next week, or one thing to one customer and something else to another. We can gear up and down as the situation calls for it and upgrade our message, but it should still be us and our values shining through.
