As we are entering spring and have the first three Monday holidays behind us, we are beginning a several week period of optimal selling time when people feel good about the weather and have very few distractions such as preparing for major holidays.
For the next several weeks - until school is out of Memorial Day in late May, whichever occurs first in your area - we are going to have an unprecedented time to reach out and contact people about our products and services. Sure, there's spring break for some people but there's nothing universal that serves as a distraction for our potential customers. Besides, it's spring, and people are happy.
In my podcast message today, "Smooth Selling" I suggest we take advantage of the season and make the most of it.
