It Still Takes Jobs

The election has been held although the dust hasn't quite settled. Nothing has changed yet.

It's going to take a very strong - unusually strong - jobs recovery for housing to come back. All of us want it to happen, and the US economy needs it to happen, but jobs have to happen first.

People need money to spend and a dependable source of income before they can think about purchasing a new home.

There are signs here and there of new construction, but it's not sustainable across a broad area. We need jobs for that to happen.

Absolutely, jobs are the key to everything and taxes are the key to jobs. ;-)

Susan, thanks for the agreement. Relaxing or eliminating much of the regulation is also needed.
