I have worked with several builders over the years where December is one of their strongest sales months - and in a couple of cases the strongest month of the year.
Just because we have holidays, kids out of school, holiday parties, entertaining, gift shopping, and so many other distractions - us and our customers - it is no reason to write off the month.
As long as everyone is in the the Christmas buying mood, let's take advantage of it.
Let's make December a great sales month and then ride that momentum into January and the New Year!
