When we work with our customers, they want to see the real us. This is no time for acting. We must be real. Authenticity is a must.
We can be enthusiastic and excited, but puffery just to give us words to say or to be impressive is not called for. Actually, it's counterproductive.
Our customers need to appreciate the opportunities we are showing them for what they are - location, layout, design, value, features, and potential without any unnecessary drama or hype.
People buy us so they need to see the authentic, unmasked us.
