New Home Marketing, 2014

I was recently interviewed by the NSMC Sales + Marketing Ideas Magazine about an article they were preparing on marketing trends for 2014.

Here is what was published: "The Internet and primarily websites, more than social media sites, will continue to be a major draw for home shoppers as they do their initial research and become comfortable with a builder and what is being offered. The actual purchase, including feature and color selection, will require a physical visit. While many forms of marketing still remain, the primary focus seems to be generating a website visit before the first actual contact by email, phone, or personal visit."
